In short

This website sets no cookies and uses no trackers or third-party analytics. Anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, form steps) are derived from our hosting provider's technical logs, without identifying anyone. The only personal data we collect is the email address you give us voluntarily via the waiting-list form.

What data, and what for

When you join the waiting list, we store your email address for one purpose only: letting you know when Onelia launches and, if you wish, offering you early access. Your registration only becomes effective once you confirm it via the link sent to you by email. No advertising, no resale, no sharing with third parties for marketing purposes.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), given by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Where your data is stored

Your email address is stored on the infrastructure of our provider Supabase, hosted in the European Union. Access is restricted to DCNG SRL. Technical logs (including IP addresses) may be kept briefly by our hosting providers for security purposes.

How long

Your email address is kept until Onelia launches, then deleted no later than 12 months after launch — or immediately if you ask. An address that is never confirmed is automatically deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to us at contact@dcng.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
