For 15 days, you use Onelia for free, with all its features. After that, you need a subscription to continue. Without one, you can still view and export your data for 90 days.

You pay for 10 months instead of 12. The subscription runs for a year and renews by itself. We let you know 30 days before.
Founder offer
€19 per month or €228 per year
For businesses that sign up by 31 December 2026, and for those on our waiting list, if they subscribe by 15 January 2027. Your first 5 people get this price. From the 6th, it is the normal price. The price does not change while you keep your subscription. If you cancel, you lose it. On the annual plan, you pay €228 per person per year, that is twelve months at €19. The two free months of the annual plan do not add to the founder offer.

Peppol e-invoicing
Export your data whenever you want
Peppol: your subscription includes 100 documents per month per person, counted for the whole business (300 a month for 3 people). Beyond that, we offer you an extra charge.
To protect the service and prevent abuse, Onelia sets limits, for example on daily sending volumes. They are far above normal use. If you run into one of them, write to us at contact@dcng.be or use the “Report a problem” button in the app and the portal.
Adding or removing people

You pay for each person who has access to your business in Onelia. 20 people at most.

If you add someone during a period, you only pay for the days left. On the monthly plan, a person added halfway through the month costs about €14.50 extra on the next invoice. On the annual plan, the days left until your subscription renews are invoiced on the day you add them.

If you remove someone, their place stays paid until the next invoice, and you can give it to someone else at no cost.

You can switch to annual whenever you want. The unused days of the current month are deducted. Going back to monthly happens at the end of the year paid.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You keep access until the end of the current period, then the subscription stops.
Payment
DCNG SRL, the company that develops Onelia, sells and invoices the subscriptions. You receive our invoices via Peppol and by email.
You pay each invoice online within 15 days, for example by Bancontact or card. Prices exclude VAT. For a Belgian business, 21% VAT is added. For a business in another European Union country with a valid VAT number, the invoice has no VAT (reverse charge).
Refunds
We do not refund a month that has started, or a year that has started on the annual plan. If you have a billing problem, write to us at contact@dcng.be.
