How much does it cost?
€29 excl. VAT per person per month, or €290 per year, which is 10 months instead of 12. Everything is included: the app and the portal, all features and updates, Peppol. Businesses that sign up by 31 December 2026 and subscribe by 15 January 2027 pay €19 per month for their first 5 people, for as long as they keep their subscription. You will find the details on the Pricing page.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. For 15 days, you use Onelia for free, with all its features, without giving a card. After that, you need a subscription to continue.
Where is my data stored?
On servers located in the European Union, encrypted, with an automatic backup every night. It remains yours: you can export it at any time, and Onelia complies with the GDPR.
Does it really work without signal?
Yes. Basement, underground car park, dead zone: you create quotes, job reports, photos and appointments with no connection at all, and everything syncs once you're back in coverage. A few actions do need a connection, such as emailing a document or sending an invoice via Peppol. So does issuing an invoice or credit note: the law requires consecutive numbers, with no gaps or duplicates, and our server assigns them, which needs a network connection.
What about my accountant?
You send them an export in one click: the sales journal for the period, a breakdown by category and invoices in UBL format. They work without retyping anything, in their usual tools.
Can I start with my existing data?
Yes. Your clients import from an Excel or CSV file, and your suppliers' price lists import to build your item catalogue. You don't start from a blank page.
Peppol — does it concern me?
Since 2026, electronic invoicing between businesses is mandatory in Belgium and goes through the Peppol network — France follows with its own timeline. Onelia sends your invoices in the right format, without changing your habits.
What if I stop?
On the monthly plan, you stop whenever you want. The annual plan commits you for a year. Either way, you leave with your data: clients, quotes, invoices and documents can all be exported.
Which trades is it for?
Every trade that works at the client's, on a quote. Construction first — plumbing, electrical, heating, tiling, roofing, joinery, painting, renovation — but the sequence is the same for a landscape gardener, a repair business or an installer: quote, job on site, photos, signed job report, invoice. For the solo tradesperson and the small team alike, in Belgium. France and Luxembourg will follow.
