How much does it cost?

Where is my data stored?
On servers located in the European Union, encrypted, with an automatic backup every night. It remains yours: you can export it at any time, and Onelia complies with the GDPR.
Does it really work without signal?
Yes. Basement, underground car park, dead zone: you create quotes, job reports, photos and appointments with no connection at all, and everything syncs once you're back in coverage. Only issuing an invoice or credit note requires a connection, to guarantee gapless legal numbering.
What about my accountant?
You send them an export in one click: the sales journal for the period, a breakdown by category and invoices in UBL format. They work without retyping anything, in their usual tools.
Can I start with my existing data?
Yes. Your clients import from an Excel or CSV file, and your suppliers' price lists import to build your item catalogue. You don't start from a blank page.
Peppol — does it concern me?
Since 2026, electronic invoicing between businesses is mandatory in Belgium and goes through the Peppol network — France follows with its own timeline. Onelia sends your invoices in the right format, without changing your habits.
